- No Refunds
- All payments for courses, training materials, and services are nonrefundable once payment is initiated. No exceptions will be made for cancellations, withdrawals, or failure to complete the course.
- Intellectual Property
- All materials, content, and information provided by SoCal Dealer Training, including but not limited to written content, visual aids, videos, and documents, are the intellectual property of SoCal Dealer Training. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, copy, or remove any content or materials from our website, platform, or training sessions without prior written consent from SoCal Dealer Training.
- Any attempt to remove or copy intellectual property from our platform or training sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Non-Disclosure and Non-Copying
- By participating in any of our training sessions, you acknowledge that the knowledge, techniques, and processes provided by SoCal Dealer Training are proprietary to us. You agree to refrain from sharing, reproducing, or attempting to replicate any material, methods, or proprietary information learned during the course. You may not use any part of the training to create or provide similar training, whether for personal or commercial use, without express permission from SoCal Dealer Training.
- Non-Reversibility of Knowledge
- By enrolling in and attending any training session, you acknowledge that the knowledge and skills gained during the course cannot be ‘unlearned’ or erased. You agree to refrain from applying this knowledge for the purpose of creating competitive or similar services or training without prior consent.
- Licensing and Compliance
- SoCal Dealer Training is a California-licensed provider of dealer training services. All services are provided in compliance with California state laws and regulations regarding dealer education. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements before enrolling in the course.
- Amendments to Terms
- SoCal Dealer Training reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or participation in training after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of California courts.
- By enrolling in any course or using any service provided by SoCal Dealer Training, you agree to these terms and conditions.
